Thanks for this

tickets arrived yesterday, looking forward to the 2nd last race meeting of the year, and the combined qualifying should gain some time for the inevitable clean ups

I will be emailing you re the under 18 paperwork ( just a technicality)

Rob,

Thanks for the update looking forward to this as I do for CSCC each year some beautiful cars and looking at those entries hopefully some good racing.

Is there a revised timetable somewhere we can print?

Steve / Andrea I hope there is a typo (omission) in the above with the omitted words being "for the season"

As if not your presence will be missed

Busy day at Druids. Started with a Ferrari demolishing the tyre wall and barrier; continued with a Jag XJS pretending to be a pin ball, requiring another tyre wall/barrier rebuild; and ending with two Porsches tangling. That was apart from numerous spins in the morning when the track was still a bit damp. Well done to Nadine and her incident team. Glad I was just flagging (too old to run about after errant cars).

Great day on Warwick Bridge. Thanks to the team for good banter for the day.

Not much to do but watch Druid's antics and help out with tangling Porsches mentioned by Paul.

Thanks to CSCC for good grids and great racing all day.

Good respect for the minute's silence with marshals track side to pay respects to the late Alistair Garrett, RIP AliG.

Just back home from a cracking day out racing in Future Classics, thanks so much to all the marshalls for all their hard work and dedication throughout the season - I love Oulton, has to be one of the best race circuits anywhere.

See you again next year!

So Andrea has put her foot down.

Sorry we couldn't be there but we're enjoying some American sunshine.

Had a good day posted at Cascades, quite a few spins and very nearly a roly-poly Civic.

Good cars, good overtakes, good banter, good day!

Did think you were running a car park there at one time

The combination of Faz at cascades, me at Lakeside and you at Hilltop was described as the Bermuda triangle, but apart from the BMW who found the barrier in the first session we had very little to do

Good day at Lakeside, 1st time this year for me and first time for Matthew

One more race meeting this season

A usual quiet day on Clay Hill and my last circuit race meet this year and last one as I/O for a bit. Feel the need to step up and try my hand as a Trainee Post Chief next season.
Now on to the scarier side of motor sport on the rallies! Good winter ahead I feel. See some of you braver souls at the Neil Howard Stages in November!

You were in the wrong place messmates. Druids was a serial plane crash for most of the day. Poor Nadine was running everywhere between Druids In and our side of Warwick Bridge. A big Cat came in so hard at Druids In that some of the shrapnel cut holes in my chair. Utterly, totally, awesomely, brilliant day.

Big thanks to all the drivers and organisers within the CSCC for a thoroughly entertaining days motor racing at Island lots of cars and lots of great racing.

It was also a good laugh !

the only downer on the day was realising only one race meeting to go at Oulton

Team Druids

First of all I would like to thank the CSCC for our appreciation voucher and for supplying interesting grids and great racing. Next-Thank you to my team of incident guys at Druids who managed to push 3 cars out of the gravel without sissy safety car intervention-OK the TR8 bogged down as he didn't know his left from his right but we managed to push him out of the firing line. Last but by no means least my flaggies Paul, Andrew, Phil and Howard who waved the 'sacred' cloth in a magnificent manner. Congratulations to Austin Booth who managed his upgrade from Trainee to Track dealing with a multitude of incidents. Sadly this will be the last time Nadine and I will be placed on a post together as we seem to cause mayhem. Can anyone remember the airborne XR3 at Fosters?

Thanks again to all my Team at Druids I had a great time and what a laugh. We dealt with the incidents quickly and professionally. We need 'burly' marshals not Orange 'cardboard cut outs for' what I call 'propper' marshaling.

really enjoyed saturday, big grids, some very close battles, and to feel really appreciated by the CSCC...what more can you want!

il definately be doing more CSCC rounds next year....i think for the first time ever i wont be doing just every meeting i can at oulton and donington, but il be selecting certain clubs that i end up going home from smiling....CSCC is definately one of them along with HSCC, 750mc, BARC NW and a few others...roll on 2013, the 2012 season has gone too quick and has been far too short for my liking!
