Moosehead should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Nothing posted in here yet? Strange considering the good entry.

Anyway, looks like I'll be there, probably under someones car!

Yes a great entry. It usually is at this 'end of term' party. I'll be there. Who's car will you be under, Wayne?

I never know till I get there

Going as a speccie but I always end up getting me hands dirty. I'm sure I'll spend at least the morning if not the day lurking in the pitlane / garages and paddock.

I will be marshalling at this event; which will be for the first time in a couple of seasons, so very much looking forward to it.

It was a bit misty this morning wasn't it!

Misty morning practice.jpg

Thoroughly enjoyed the day despite the early conditions. As usual some great racing and mostly large grids despite it being the end of the season/budget. I hope that all involved in incidents during the day are O.K. (especially Jon Milicevic in the Juniors) but was disappointed to see Robyn Slater suffer damage in his freshly repaired Anglia.

Good to meet you Grant.

Standing at Becketts during practice and we'd never seen such a greasy track or so many spins in one day.

Wonderful meeting though.

Moose,
Yes, I have already talked to Bernie about his series and intend to do a couple next year if I can. Bernie and I started racing the same year in HSCC HRS Novices in 1991 which, in retrospect, was a great way to get into racing.

Thought I'd taken a wrong turn and ended up at some open air ballet ... especially when the DBT lads were out.

A couple of grids seemed to be somewhat larger than the published Entry Lists suggested they might be. Well done to all involved for getting the numbers up to excellent levels all round. A great event.

Ditto for the message and likewise for the meeting and chats.

It was a very pleasant day with great and knowledgeable company, especially once the sun came out for the afternoon (and I had added an extra layer of clothing).

Well done Bev.

I watched the HFormula Fords.

I must say they were brilliant to watch, I didn't think I could have enjoyed a race so much not sitting in a car. Fab racing.

I downloaded the full results pdf file. It is devoid of results so far.

How did Michael Lyons end up third in dbt? Must have missed some action whilst engaged watching some of the dices.

Something broke on the penultimate lap (didn't hear what) and pulled into pit lane on the last lap. I think that his lead was so much that he was classified 3rd.

Ah ha! Thanks.

He's had an unlucky season with some things breaking.

A pleasing 13th oa, 1st in class I think. Like you say Simon, there were a few timing issues but 13th seems about right for me.

The main thing was that the car performed faultesly after the problems I've had through the year. Nice feeling to go into the winter with.

Bad luck Robyn, it's not been your year has it?

Good news about the FJ guys, we saw it all from the assembly area, didn't look that good.
