would have to say colin mcrae , with just australia (mcrae has won twice hear) and the RAC remaining, i would say colin is quietly confident.....

I have a feeling that it's Burns' year. He's won the last 3 GB Rallies and also last year's Oz Rally. Although McRae's car is more suited to the next 2 rallies than Burns' I just think Burns is more likely to keep it on the road. I would be amazed if a Briton is not champion this year. The Lancer WRC is not good enough to take on the Subaru or Ford, so Makinen won't win, and McRae will have the legs on Sainz on these 2 rallies.

Go Burnsey, we need England's 1st WRChampion!!

I reckon Makinen is out of it, **** car, new co-driver.
McRae could do it if his car performs.
Burns I think, has the best chance of the title although he is coming from behind.
I think Sainz is too far behind now, especially considering he hasn't won this year. Rovanpera and Panizzi are also too far behind.

If the last two rounds had been on asphalt, and the points scores were the same, it would be much closer to call!!!

Burns, he will "burn" up the roads of the Wales. He's hungary and the Subaru is fast.

I think it's going to be between the two Brits, and ultimately down to who handles the pressure better on the Network Q.

And if that's the case I think Colin will get it (possibly after Richard overdrives and puts the Impreza off the road)

All I can say it is going to be a cracker, and I can no wait.

Personally I think it will go to Colin, with local back knowladge, also I think he has better back-up in the terms of teammates, Saniz has won the RAC before and is quick of gravel, also he will be backed up Mark Higgins, with has lots of local knowladge aswell. Nither Solberg and Martin, have much experance on the RAC so that could hold up Bruns if team order need to be employed. As for Tommi, he only has Loix to back him up if anything goes wrong.

I now think it is between Burns and McRae. Burns had a good rally in Australia, whereas McRae was fast but unlucky with the running. I would say that the Mitsubishi improved on gravel, but can't see Tommi finishing higher than fifth. Sainz hasn't won a rally all year - but now would be as good a time as any!

Burns.

I wish it would be Sainz, but I can't imagine how that could be possible.

So long as it's not Tommi, I'm happy. But it'll be Burns.

Makinen will win (he is my favourite driver), but if he doesn't, I want Burns to win the title.

I'm afraid...

...that Burns wins. I still hope that Tommi has solved his problems with co-drivers and Mitsu and he wins his 5th title...
