While looking for old croft pics, I found loads more that brought back memories. So I though I would resurrect this thread and test you out again

Don't think it's a pic from a FIA Internations Cup meeting. Seems like a price giving at Buxtehude (ACN Buxtehude flag in the background) and there has never been an InCup event at the Estering.

The track in picture no. 1 looks like the layout on the loose at Pembrey now, but I assume the cars in the photo and the fact that Pembrey's layout has changed rules this out.

Incidentally, I don't think there'll ever be a better chance to ask this:

Does anyone happen to have any pictures of car number 89 from the eighties/nineties, either as the Escort or the Fiesta (it was the same car in a different shell)? The driver was John Pearson. Thanks.

Back to the questions...I never realised Pat was quite that slimline! Nor that it was possible to wear your trousers quite so high as Will is!

Well done everybody. All the answers have been worked out.

Pic 1. Is Indeed Pembrey and WJM even got the event, the '97 ERC round.

Pic 2. Is Langbaurgh, and well done chunder for spotting the drivers.

Pic 3. Is Gary Baker, Barry Squibb, Mark Flaherty, Will Gollop and Pat Doran.
The picture was taken at the Festhalle in Buxtehude at the prize giving, after the final round of the 1992 ERC.
IIRC they all made the finals, and Will and Pat came away with 1st & 2nd overall in Division 2 of the ERC

Pic 4. Is Michael Jernberg, Ludvig Hunsbet, Kenneth Hansen, Evind Opland and Bjorn Skogstad.
The picture was also taken at the 92 prize giving.
These guys were the class of 92 in Division 1. (group 'A' 2WD)
