I'll be generous on this occasion and go for 7. But primarily because of the Hulkenberg/Hamilton etc. show. Great to watch. Otherwise business as usual for RBR with Vettel out for a stroll and Webber shafted by anything that was around to be shafted by.......

It had a bunch of talking points and some interesting stuff on the track, but I'm afraid that had it not been for a couple safety car incidences that it otherwise might have turned out quite a bit less interesting.

A 4. Vettel went off into the distance. The two safety car periods slowed things down a bit - although they at least bunched up the pack. The battle with the Hulk and Hamster was interesting. Likewise with Teflonso doing his moves. But the race did feel very dull for the most part.

The two caution periods helped what I think might have been a fairly dull race and there was some good mid field battles but again due to the SC bunching the field. 6

I think you have to take what you can get - thank goodness for the SC!

But deserved no more than 6 really. The first half of the race was quite bad. |

6 , The last 20 or so laps had me gripped , had a bit of a negative attitude at the start as I do not normally find Korea that good but quite enjoyed this race . GO HULK !

If it hadn't been for the things that made this race interesting it would have been dull. 1/10 from me.

That tends to be the way a GP goes these days, it comes a live in the last laps of the race.

Which in the history of the sport is very unusual.

I must be a bit odd.
Watching cars in a close battle is great. Maybe better if it is for the lead, but as entertainment there was some pretty good stuff a bit further back. And the TV director stuck with it because Hamilton was involved!!!! If they concentrated on the battles more perhaps the ratings would improve. Gave it an 8 |

I gave it an 8 for enjoyment of the racing for 2nd and 4th, and even 10th or so. Without safety cars though, almost certainly I would have scored it with a 4.

Best race since the new/old tyres were (re)introduced, without a doubt. Somehow, the DRS didn't mess things up despite being really long. Most people still seemed to struggle to overtake, so that's really good. There were one or two highway passes, but i'll let that go.. I have to say, as much as I hate to admit it: The really slow, dreadful section after the hairpin left is really good for racing. It's a section where it's all about traction, car placement, and not about downforce and turbulent air. The cars just turn in to karts for about 3-4 seconds. Really enjoy it! But yeah, I was going to give it a 4, then it hotted up with that train towards the end. Plus, it's always good seeing the Hulk drag that Sauber up higher than it should be. But on the flipside, it's frustrating he hasn't got a really good seat next year. I have a terrible feeling the Lotus won't be any good... Selby |

I'll give it an 8, very entertaining race, Hulkenberg did the best defensive driving job I've seen in a long time!
Hamilton and Alonso also had a very good and entertaining dice. Race zipped by very quickly! |

You're a miserable, ungrateful lot. I gave it 8.
OK. The first half was uninspiring, but the second half made up for it. There was some incredibly intense racing, which mostly stayed on the right side of sensible. |

It was intense at times but I put that down to the two FCYs that allowed the field to bunch up.

By the way I often think the ratings on this forum are (quite logically) more about the coverage to air choices of the TV director than the actual race. Care to comment. |

I remember after the British GP I voted for Hamilton and had no doubts, he did well in Q and showed some overtaking after a puncture that ruined his race. Yet, I completely overlooked Massa who also recovered from a puncture finishing five places above his starting place. Hamilton got like 20 votes more than Massa in that DOTR, and I think the coverage focusing on him may have had something to do that difference on votes. Yeah, British driver leading British GP suffers a puncture, he was going to get lots of love anyways... But still. Great drives can be overlooked by fans when TV doesn't show them to us, I think that's true. |

7 from me. It was a race of two halves, as has been pointed out above.

Seeing as i switched it off and went for a bike ride after 25 laps says why i can't rate it that highly. (That's a first for me)
Glad to see that it was slightly more interesting after that. BUT, i saw Grosjean try to put Raikkonen into a grandstand. And then the DRS farce that meant Hamilton couldn't get past Hulkenberg. So, its a 4 from me. |
