Completed upgrade forms
Hi all. Who do I send my completed marshal upgrade form to ? My organising club is the BMMC midlands. Do I have to send it to a specific person

I would highly recommend the art of flagging. I've never had a bad day at any circuit since I made the jump and that was several years ago.
