There are lots of questions here...

The one most sticky... will the Novocastrian Motorsport squad appear at the next round, or will a new chassis & driver be in their place?

I notice Speedcafe hasn't cottoned onto this story yet

So if they don't who gets the no show fine, Erebus or Novocastion motorsport and what is the fine worth now?

The chassis is the harder problem to solve than a pilot if the existing #4 does not stay. There are a couple of Dunlop series runners with the potential to fit this slot, with a budget, if they can find a car.

One would suspect that a Walkinshaw chassis would be preferred.

Who, besides Erebus and the Russells, has a COTF WR chassis?

I think the most likely outcome off the back of this weekend will see a 2-car Plus Fitness team at LDM for however long, and that Penrite would most likely extend their backing of #4 for the short term, with Mr Russell remaining at the helm.

The No Show is on the REC holder when it isn't under lease.
The Erebus REC is not under lease.. apparently..

Its possible.. if anyone noticed, Plus Fitness was still on the #4..
Now its a whole-of-car wrap, so if the sponsor had asked the Russells to remove the brand, it would likely become as naked underneath as Mr Heimgartner's rocket..

The Russells own the #4 car, and are utilising the Erebus REC tied to that number.

Unless the person responsible for Plus Fitness' marketing activites felt somewhat aggrieved by Erebus or the Russells, then title sponsor-pinching mid-event seems unfathomable.

On the off chance that RECs and chassis are about to hit the market, suggests that there are more than a few prams having toys thrown from them this weekend.
