CNC and Carbon Fiber

A while back I had a peek at the items sold at auction by Arrows GP. I noticed that they were selling a plot cutting cnc carbon fiber cutter. Is anyone familiar with these machines? What type of blades do they use, or how exactly they cut? I am presently in the planning phases of constructing a 5-axis CNC in my basement with a table that is going to be 4'W x 7'L. I am planning on building muktiple heads so it can use a plasma cutter, a milling head, and a welding head. I am intrigued by the plot cutter and wondered what information people could provide.
