New Konica Team

Read in AA that former Prancing Horse employee Murray Parkes is setting up a Konica team to give young mechanics etc.. some experience. Sounds like a good idea. Interesting who the driver might be, they have been overseas for years, haven't raced Touring Cars in Australia. Any ideas

lol @ you marcus.....

Actually I'm quite surprised by some of the motorsport specialist shops over in New Zealand- check out my favourite shop in the entire world (www.fazazz.co.nz)....it's incredible.

Oh, back on topic!

I wonder who the old international driver will be? What part of the world do you think they will come from?

Even though last year there were many sponsorless cars out there running around, there should be a fair few new teams entering. I see Bob Thorn will have a car now, then there are a heap of people stepping up from the Saloon Cars. Shane Beikoff and Phil Foster have purchased the ex-Imrie VS, Mark Howard and Tony Evangelou should be stepping up, and apparently the second Graphic Skills VS might become a permanant fixture. Then we also have Paul Dumbrell's new team, and Grant Johnston.
