I wrote about Buddy's classic racing line (The groove) in my pre-Pole Day column a couple of weeks ago, and in my column that will be up later today, also talked about the particulars of his run.

They dialed out 2 degrees of rear wing to get a negative setting on teh rear downforce...in that kind of wind, it was a real roll of the dice, but with a veteran like Buddy behind the wheel, that's how you make the show by an eyelash at Indy.
