Cafe Mallory
Boxing Day saw the end of an era, Val and her team have retired en masse, no more heaped plates of well cooked food and china mugs of steaming tea.
Wednesdays & Sunday mornings will not be the same. |

Well that's is the end of an Era I did my first trackday @ Mallory in 2003 and Val was there then. My lad will miss her she always used to give him a little extra.
All the best to them in retirement Ian |

That's a pity. The Mallory Breakfast is the stuff of legend (and cholesterol)

A real shame, always tried to get to Mallory early to enjoy the breakfast and to give it a bit of time to settle before the meeting began.

Val had been at Mallory for about 30 years she and her staff all ways made you welcome I worked at Mallory doing the mid week track days for about 15 years and could always count on A Mallory breakfast to set you up for the day

I raced at Mallory in the early sixties, it was exactly the same as last season ,the food and the staff, always got there early for the grub, am sure they where related to the sixties staff, will be greatly missed.
