Andrew Anderson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Not a very big list there yet Andrew, there are a few NZ racers in here that could make a few more conformations, surely. [/B][/QUOTE]

That's kind of stating the obvious isn't it, however the list is small but full of quality I would say.

As for further offerings of worthy posts, as mentioned in the previous thread I am happy to receive questions and attempt a P.C. reply on them but am a bit short on roomers myself to offer for general bantering.

Perhaps Mr.Keener could PM me some de-cookie instructions to enable me to logon undercover and start another ball rolling.

Hey Strapping man, why not register and add to the discussion.

Tsk tsk! This isn't an advertising area, boyo! By the way, have you checked out this cafe, blah blah...

All joking aside, have you seen the measures they are taking to cut the V8 Supercar cost and performance next year? My guess is that our V8 Touring Cars will be getting close to running competitive times with them as a result (within a couple of seconds anyway) which should be great for our series!

Here's a hypothetical.. If you could have any NZ driver (with the exception of kiwis driving overseas and those that finished in the top 5-ish last year...) Who would you have in your second car (or third if your already a two car operation..assuming budget is not a problem) i.e Who do you think is "untapped-ish" talent?

Arguably quicker in a straight line that the ex-GRM machine TKR used early in 2003

And the point being?

One gets the impression you don't like TKR that much, or Kiwi folk for that matter GTR. You seem to have alot of negitive things about both to say.

I may be wrong mind you.

I think the point that GTRMagic was making, was that the package GRM gave TKR was really slow, hence the decision for TKR to stop their deal with the team

I think you are wrong vipernz...

I was suggesting that the car TKR was lumbered with in anticipation of their 'new' one being built by GRM was a dog and should have been tied to a tree so it didnt run away.

Having seen the very same car look as unhappy on the road in Sydney Star Truck and Bus colours on the weekend for Grant Elliott, even with input from G.Tander, as it did in TKR form, its not difficult to conclude TKR was sold a pup.

The team is a strong one, I have a lot of time for their operaion, with a sensible car, and a unique marketing program that is yet to pay them big dividends.

So not anti-Kiwi... just anti-shark...

Hi All

Now to get back on topic and talk about NZV8's for a bit

Not that I am technically minded or anything, but I'm sure some people would understand it - are there any changes to the cars for the upcoming season that will help Holden hang on to the title ? Or is it too early for the new seasons regulations to be around yet.

And drivers I would like to see would be maybe Chris Pither, or Matt Halliday (if they aren't doing anything else that is), and I would love to see Aaron Slight back for another go (and for more than one race), if he drives a Holden this time

My secret is out, we will have to go public, I have started a new team, with Jason Liefting as a driver and Foggy as the other, thanks to Foggy for bringing on board his personal sponsor Viagra. I am sure this will see us at the pointy end of the field.
