Plum Pudding 2012 - Mallory Park, 26 December

I've just heard that entries are coming in steadily for the traditional year-ending meeting at Mallory Park, with some interesting names on the provisional entry list. There's still some space on the grids for the saloon and sports car races though, and at £100 for practice and two 15-minute races it is good value. Details on http://barc.net/regional-centres/midlands

Although the entries are yet to close, could someone post an entry list as it currently stands? I look forward to the Plum Pudding more than Christmas Day itself - so it'd be great to have sight of some of the entries to get the mouth watering well in advance!

And if the entry is poor would you still go? Because that is the reason organisers are reluctant to publish entries even in the final instructions which is the norm at a BARC event.

I've just sent my entry in, hope I'm back from overseas and there's still space as it's a great meeting, if a bit cold

Is this the best method of spending your boxing day ever concieved? Certainley seems that way!

Good luck to all who are competing, marshalling or even spectating. I'd love to join you but I am a little too far away from Mallory!

I'll be there braving the cold with the camera. I've added a few photos from last year to the event page on Facebook too.

Cliff came 11th in both races, track very slippery and was down on one cylinder for 1st race and track was very, very slippery for the 2nd race when the heavens opened and he did well to keep the XJ6 on the black stuff.
