I'm very excited to see how he gets on. I think he could well spring a few surprises from time to time and I hope he achieves his aims.

focused he maybe but will win nothing! He will fall out with the team by 3 rounds spit his dummy out and toddle of back to the supacopa in Spain!

Colak twice the driver of Boardman and will do well

Colak vs. Boardman will be very interesting, Colak was a bit better in Eurocup but Boardman has a more experienced team.

I have my doubts they both have chances of winning the Independents Trophy, not against Porteiro and Coronel.

I agree that colak is a good racer but where does your opinion come from that tom will fall out with the team. When has he ever fallen out with a team. Today has proved they both have the speed to do well in the independants this year good luck to them both.

well from the first round Tom seems to be quite capable and from race 1 pace I am hoping to see him on the podium. He must have had some issues in race 2 as he dropped off the pace in the last 2 or 3 laps.

Where as Colak.....

Really? Where's that information from then? It's not on the WTCC site or TCT.

I think Tom needs some more experience before being able to look at the Indies crown. With such a teammate, I'd rather try to learn as much as I can off him than just focusing on beating him. Also, IMO, Porteiro will only be beatable through the ballast system, which is bad for the Indies, as I wrote on my website as soon as the rules came out.

The team makes it sound like Boardman was demanding new equipment. Maybe there was a problem with his current car, and he felt it would be pointless to battle on with a car that just wasn't working.

Rough translation of the Dutch version !
The briton TOMs by directly WTCC-team will leave Boardman the Sunred. Boardman were from the beginning of the season the fellow-member of TOMs Coronel, but Boardman go away now therefore. Boardman have got used many years' in a team drive where its father has much influence in. That is not at Sunred and also maate Boardman not many friends during the first two races by its aggressieve file style. What the exact nature is of its direct departure, has been not yet confessed. Or, and when, Boardman will be return in the WTCC, also still unclear.
