p261brm should be qualifying in the top 10 on the gridp261brm should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

gives procedure and limits for exhaust noise, just tested neighbour's mower, sure makes a mockery of those limits! The limits given pre-date E's big Healey's etc.
