Yep, I've got it, played it and now its on eBay. Much better than RD 1 but not a patch on Toca 2.

I have the demo on PC, really fun to drive, I love those V8 supercars, especially around Phillip Island.

Codemasters have already started work on TOCA Race Driver 3, they contacted me a few weeks ago to discuss some changes to the Formula Ford.

They used my Formula Ford for the Race driver 2 game, there are details on here somewhere, probably on the original X box Race driver 2 thread. I have been told they would like to use the Formula Fords for number 3 and have sent me a very detailed questionnaire asking very specific items such as power and torque throughout the rev range, how the handling changes in different corners, amount of fuel used in the races, length of qualifying and number of laps in the race etc. There were about 50 questions in total. I have no idea of the projected release date or the other cars/series to be used, (or how much they are going to pay me!)

Those trucks are tough for me, way too heavy and feel dead. But thats all part of the fun.

Now, the Leon's, thats a different matter. So lively and responsive.

DTM, V8 Supercars, Formula Ford, Global GT Light, XJR Series, '68 Mustangs and Stock Cars, there's my favourites.
Rally and ice racing feels way too artifical. Street racing with imaginatory tracks is also pants.

The rallying to me feels a WAY stripped down version of CM04, they just don't move or feel right to me.

They should cut out all the chaff. Just have Fford, F3, F300 "f1" and the touring car series and make it more realistic. None of this 50 gbillionzillion series stuff.

Hotseat multiplayer on the pc is awsome, all though off topic. Long live Historics and V8s!

This game is seriously good.

I know a lot of people on this forum didn't like TRD 1, But i thought it was an extremely enjoyable pick up and play game. This one has got all the bugs fixed.
