Which mod then?
As requested, a poll. Which mod shall we race with in F1C?
I think I've got all the main ones, but there is an "other" catagory anyway. Two weeks till it ends Last edited by Down F0rce; 30 Dec 2004 at 15:31. |

I was going to vote for Prototype C but went with SCC and a mix of classes because that way there's bound to be someone in a slower car

Yeah, I certainly like the idea of having something a bit easier to begin on
Or maybe its just because I want to try and give the faster cars a fright |

I've voted RH2004 because it's the only one I have installed at the moment...

I know it won't win, but it has to be Proto C for me. The greatest prototypes of them all, in my personal experience.

But frankly, anything but modern F1 - if that ends up as the choice, I wouldn't bother.......

I think SCC with a mix of classes could be the most fun. That is if there is enough people to pull it off. An online lemans race (I think 24hrs is a little ambitious) would be brilliant.
My actual participation is still in doubt however. What time of day do you think the races would be run? Last edited by enemy-ace; 31 Dec 2004 at 14:32. |

Probably in the evening, 6/7 GMT, I dunno. I'm sure something could be worked out though.

That would put me around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I could probably do the occasional race around that time.
I'll just pretend I don't have the budget to run a full season. |

Any openwheeled mod will do for me, I get claustrophobic in those tintops...

I'd do an hour race maybe.
Possibly 2, but not more. Does anyone know if you can get the game online anywhere? (not through Ebay) Last edited by pirenzo; 31 Dec 2004 at 17:11. |

That's the right game Kidzer. The console version is called F1 Career Challenge and should be avoided like the plague.
The mods vary in size from 60mb upto 300mb for Sportscar Challenge. I think Proto C is about 260mb. 2 hours of Le Mans? Sounds like fun. |
