I am sure Supercars would quickly put an end to any sponsorship aspirations from that particular industry.

Would v8S stop it. I know its a bit of a sarcastic comment from those posters based on some recent history.
They've cut smoking, that's just where we are at the moment( and as a non smoker im happier for it) But i wonder if they are that way inclined with daily planet and similar, has the PC climate in Australia cleaned us up that much. I wonder... |

There is absolutely no way in hell VESA would allow that to happen.
have you seen the sh*tstorm over the POTENTIAL to be aligned with smokes?! The idea of them allowing themselves to be aligned with only other vice left (having agreed it's OK to make money from betting) of paid shagging, is ludicrous. |

Except that the advertising is prohibited by legislation, cut and dry no doubts about it. As for vice, its more of a taste and decency thing which is a bit of a grey area. Recall that there was a car sponsored by Playboy in the mid 90s.
