Think its 2 DBR9s in LMS, if not a DBR9 and 550, plus the FIA GT program.

But do they have their 2nd DBR9 already then? That second car was always rumoured, but I haven't really heard a lot from it lately.

DSC reports they fused with Menx for the LMS and will run the 550 there. Not sure what that means for the Aston, I assume FIA-GT as per tux's initial message.

Russian Age was "only" the name of the main sponsor in the FIA-GT races. The complete back-up was made by Cirtek. And they will race a DBR9 under their own name in 2006. This chassis is owned by a collector and Cirtek speaks to another collector for a second chassis.
Vasiliew changed to Menx and will race their 550 in LMS.

The RAR 550 has been brought back to CARE.

Yes, and also the more consistent of the two if I recall correctly.

You´re right. Alexei made a big step in his development since he started with Freisinger in 2000. He still loses time on track, but the gap got much smaller. And yes, he is more consistant than in early years.
But Formenko.......ok, let´s forget to talk about his driving skill.....

Sorry, you´re wrong. They started in 2000 with Freisingers first 996 GT3-R beside the two 993 GT2, then changed to RWS for 2002 and 2003 season and went back to Freisinger in 2004.

My question is what happens to the Le Mans pre-selection?

This is awarded to the team, in this case Convers Team.

Presumably Alexei IS Convers Team (rather than Cirtek) so takes the entry to Menx with him...any ideas?

I was wondering about that as well actually. Would be quite a bummer for Cirtek I suppose, plus it means one less Aston Martin at the LeMans grid.

Be sure, they´re not happy with that. And if it´s their choice, it´s not over.
