What is Adrian Campos up to?

Adrian Campos has sold his stake in his GP2 team to Agag and has another 'exciting project which he will reveal soon'. Anyone have any idea what this might be? F1 customer car team? A1GP? Something outside motorsport?

I read somewhere that Campos could run Team Mexico in A1GP.

I think it was the right moment for Campos to sell his GP2 Squad. They went Team Champion in 2008 and now spain is in an important economical crisis.

I have been told also that David Sears was looking for some financial partners for Super Nova.

If you remember also that DPR has been partly baught by Mr Herck,Definitly hard time for GP2 team owners

Yes, I think it is time the FIA stepped in and introduced a lower budget formula one feeder championship.

I think Campos was linked to buying an F1 time not long ago, with Alejandro Agag. More recently linked to building a wind tunnel and installing a 7 post rig at his factory.

As mentionned in an other thread, Agag was interested to buy Super Aguri F1 Not sure if Campos has any interest in it.

Maybe Bradrive could give us some informations...

What's more interesting to me is what Agag is up to. What are his plans and how does owning a GP2 team play into that.

He might go into A1GP or something like that. But he still has his F3 team, which he said he will take more time into now.

Not thinking of taking his F3 team into the Euroseries is he? Or even better British F3!

Spanish F3, A1GP with Mexico and perhaps a WTCC program.

I imagine like many others he's probably has doubts about the viability of GP2 as a series in view of an economic downturn and the introduction of F2. What better time to realize your stake than as champion team.

I don't know if it is official, but from what I've heard I'm quite sure Campos will run the Mexican A1GP team.

Will the team still be called Campos International in the upcoming Asia series? Or changed to Agag International?!

Wonder if Adrian will take his cash and invest in Williams or STR?

If Campos sunk some money into a Spanish A1GP team it would certainly bring some talented drivers to the grid.

Not sure if he did enough cash selling his GP2 Squad to invest in Formula1.

Anybody has a guess what is the value of a GP2 Team
