Yeah, not sure that's on the guy who didn't turn. But Piastri completely HIT Tsunoda the lap before and was completely ignored. You can't take the inside when there's a guy there but Piastri is VERY clumsy

So... given Mercedes is starting to perform quite well and given Perez continues to find ways to torpedo himself. I think it's not out of the question that Lewis can reel in and steal 2nd in the championship from Perez. Lewis nearly cut the lead in half today.

Probably.
But let us not forget that Lewis did exactly what Perez did yesterday when he was at Qatar.
And if he hadn't been DQed at COTA he would have done it already.....
So it is likely, given the current form of both drivers, that Hamilton will beat Perez for the runner up to Max.

Well an interesting race as long as you were not Astom martin or Perez. Championships might be all over but still a few things to decide

The race was pretty much decided by Checo’s overambition at the first corner. So another walk in the park for Max, even a red flag couldn’t stop him. Hamilton had no chance, despite getting ahead of Leclerc. Great recovery by Norris, what a difference a day makes

Nice to see the Danny Ric of old back. He did go well last year though. His team mate was going well too, before he repeated Checo’s mistake. And two retirements in a row for Fernando, Aston are really struggling now

Sounded like something was broken on the car, maybe Aston is back to scrounging parts from the old Ford parts bin and his Mondeo switchgear failed
