Oulton Park "photos"

Ok folks, I've managed to get some online. Feel free to have a browse.
They aren't great quality I'm afraid. Half the time i had gloves on and couldn't feel the button.

Just to echo the thanks to all those involved in organising the day, especially the marshals on post for braving the weather and JP for kindly letting us play for the day.

I would also like to say well done to everyone who was out there, the standard of driving was excellent, not a single red flag all day (except for the weather) and its not like people werent giving it plenty either! was nice to see everyone being so courteous.

let hope we get the chance to do it again some time.

Some great pics there.

Washed the roadster today, surprised how little brake dust was on the wheels, just grime! Of course now it looks lovely and clean, it's gonna break my heart to sell it!

Hey, if you were in the red lupo that would have been me in the golf behind you going through druids when your back end went, not sure if i have it on video as the tape ran out at some point when I was out but i will have a look and if i find anything let you know. it was a bit hairy that, well done for catching it. i had to lift off half way round and nearly lost it also!

I registered as a Marshal last year and have heard nothing about track days and as someone who has a race car, I'd gladly take "anyone around" (I think I'm half qualified to do so!!).

As this is now my "2nd year" and I didn't get offered any training (until very recently) and my job has changed so I can't be more involved, but I've just made my car two people accessible; please let me know when there are some events to take the Marshals out, please!!

Thanks Stephen; I've gone through all 20 pages of this thread and the only dates I saw were on the very first page and out of them the last date was the 1st February; have I missed something??

I haven't got a problem if Marshals arent interested but I would like to put something back in so to speak.

i have always thought beer after a meeting is a good way, especially if it is at a weekender at oulton or anglesey?
probably cheaper than hammering your car round aswell!!!

I'm telling the boss to stuff his extra day's work next year - there's no way I'm missing another chance for a free trackday at Oulton.

Well that all depends - if you want to say what a lovely looking and sounding car it was, then it was me. If you want to know why I wasn't faster, then there must have been another blue Corrado there on the same day, driven by someone who looked like me....
