Yeah if you enter a bit late you won't be on the list. I forgot he was in the championship and there was I thinking I was being smart dropping a class to Class B because I have list 1b tyres fitted!

As soon as I get the entry back I will post. It won't be the first time Joss has beaten me and I doubt it will be the last but we do have some awesome straight bits at Thruxton so if its dry (some chance with Johah here entering) we will see what we can do!

I am visiting a few at the moment after an 8 year layoff, I have two cars the pre 74 which I have entered in a couple of pre-74 Post Historics and the 87 which I raced at Brands with DTRC last weekend and have registered it for Classic Thunder so this will be a first in that one, see how it goes but I would'nt hold yer breath as we are the typical Team Budget Racer I'm afraid, all good fun though. :-).

Watching those videos, you are the car he follows in the second video, anyway if that is you, your car has so much power behind it as it powers out of the corners.

You have a nice car there mate!

Yes thats my car, thanks. Its something different, no one has ever circuit raced a 3rd Gen or later Camaro over here so I doubt you will see another one! My 2nd Gen hit 156mph at Thruxton with a less powerful engine and the aerodynamics of a house brick and put me on overall pole in ModProds a few years back only time I ever did), till it rained for the race and spoilt my day so this will be interesting to say the least:-).

I'm not up to speed on Camaro history but didn't Andrew Chester race a later model in Formula Saloons a couple of years back.

No it was based on a Firebird and it was not utilising the original shell in its entireity and had subframes stuck on the front (back?) and was very trick with all major components changed. Mine is more original and is a Camaro of course:-).
