The second picture must be 1960 as it features a Lotus 18.

The "Yeoman Credit" car is possibly a BRP entry. No 36 doesn't fit with the 1963 GP so it must be the International Trophy from either 1962, '63 or '64.

Yes! Right you are. I took the picture and I can confirm it was Innes Ireland's Lotus at Rouen 1962.

Cub, these pictures you are posting are truly stunning and I feel privileged to see them unfurl on this forum.
The 1958 Silverstone photos are of particular interest as it was the first Grand prix I'd been taken to though I'd been to several car and motorbike meetings prior to this. However, I was not very well on the day (a Saturday in those days) and ended up in hospital down at Parkstone near Poole on the Tuesday after with pneumonia. Consequently my memory of the day is almost nonexistent (for instance, I could not remember Jim Clark being there) although I remember Peter Collin's Ferrari winning.
I know this is slightly off-topic but could anyone let me know the grid and results of that race. I hope this doesn't detract from the impact of the photos.

Nothing whatever to do with Yeoman Credit.

The British Racing Partnership who ran the pale green Lotuses was connected with United Dominions Trust - a different finance company altogether.

The venue is a bit of a puzzle. BRP Lotuses seem not to have run at Silverstone wearing #36 in either 1962 or 1963. I wondered if maybe they hadn't changed the number from Monaco, but that doesn't tally either.

This clearly needs more investigation.

Could it be 1961? They run a Lotus Elite at Le Mans that year.

Ah, YES, Jean!

The trees look very Roueny... and certainly not like the Silverstone paddock, even in the sixties. I should have looked past the car!

This last picture has got me beaten! Flockhart didn't drive a T.53 at Silverstone in 1960.... #23 at the British Grand Prix WAS a Cooper, but a T.51 driven by Jack Fairman, so when was this picture taken?
