Bernie trouble again..

Just when you thought Bernie had seen off allcomers in various courts last year, the UK revenue (HMRC) have reared their head and said he owes them £1 billion in tax!

This relates to a previous settlement BE had with HMRC in 2008 that the revenue now claims in which BE withheld information that came subsequently to light in his German court case last year.

I will pre-empt all of this by saying that no doubt the HMRC will join a long list of protaganists that have slinked away licking their wounds after tangling with BE, but it will again throw unfavourable publicity on F1 and financial dealings and test CVC's patience again.
