Lucas Luhr/Sascha Maasen Interview On

Alex Job Racing has agreed to let me interview Sascha and Lucas. Now what shall I ask them (besides "Need any help around here?")

Pending approval of interviews with James Weaver and Butch Leitzinger - permission to follow soon I hope.
