Gordon Shedden will return to the grid for the season’s final two rounds in a bio-fuelled SEAT Leon entered under the Club SEAT banner.
So he gets backing from SEAT UK?

Is the car entered by GR Asia?

Thanks redshoes - entry altered though unsure of exact team name.

Same question as Fire - what team is behind it? 5 guys isn't many! As for the Club Seat backing I assume Shedden has gathered that through his relationship with Seat in his other job at Knockhill, and it's good to see CW back him, maybe he can persuade them to stay on as personal sponsors next year and go to another team.

Shedden deserves a chance however I expect his budget is tight so would not see him bang too many panels.

Reid on the other hand did not really shine at Silverstone and really needs a solid weekend at Rockingham too justify his return.

Morrison you can forget he wont be back again IMO.

Shedden still sponsored by Bodywork (Solihull), that's interesting. Isn't that Adam Jones' family business?

I do like your work on the Matt Hamilton car, Andy. It's reminiscent of the Synchro colours of 2004.

I wouldnt give too much significance to Bodywork (Solihull) on the car, my artwork is based on a rough photoshop, so its quite likely this won't appear on the final car.

re Matts car, thanks. This was the Syncro car originally, so had to keep the silver and change the old blue back to a red to tie in with Inten colours

Good result for Shedden first time out, also pleased to see Herbert and Chilton in the top ten.

Regulation's are that Hamilton should be carrying the full 45kg.

Reid should now be down to 30kg as it's his second event as a late entrant. This will get reduced to 15kg at Brands Hatch (and Matt's to 30kg).

Fantastic first win for Stephen Jelley. No idea where that pace has come from. Now he has to carry the 45kg whereas Colin gets to run light.

Plato closes up on the title runners, now just 'two wins' behind in fact (if Colin/Fabrizio doesn't score).

I know I'm going to get shot down in flames for this because these guys are the "spirit of the championship", but I'm tired of knackered old Hondas going off and causing Safety Car periods, ruining battles for the competitive cars up front.

Perhaps it's because that there seems to have been so many "TV" safety car periods that when one is genuinely needed (ie for an incident more serious than someone in the crowd dropping a crisp packet that may or may not then blow onto the circuit) it seems tiresome.

The TOCA that cried wolf. Or something like that?

How refreshingly honest from Chilton, "Plato being Plato starts hitting half the world off". I find it really tiresome listening to Harvey perpetually trying to justify some of the antics on track, it's not moto-x, block passes and deliberate touch arounds are becoming far too common place.

How many people saw Jason turn around Colin and think ''typical Plato move...''?

Both Turkington, Gio and Matt Jackson have proved over the season that you can be hard, yet completely fair. Pity Plato doesn't conform to that...and his quote about being employable for next season is quite apt.
