I think the difference this year seems to be that you have two guys who like the car the same, and drive similarly, and the younger of the two now knows the tracks (bar Nth QLD and Sydney).
I doubt that Lee will win, but like Garth in 2000, he could shake the establishment. I'm curious to see what improvements can be made to the GRM cars... They are a little slower than HRT at their peak, is it just chassis design, or is it suspension? Strategy? What do you guys think? |

In terms of improvements, it all comes down to money. While HRT may be able to spend $$$$ on everything on their cars to try and make them better, GRM has to compromise a fraction. I'm not sure on which parts - but for example, they may only have budget to do R & D on 1 part of their car such as suspension and minimise effort put into something else like chassis improvement because of funds available. Their financial situation is obvious when you compare their livery compared to HRT. GRM car = 2 sponsers on car with substancial size HRT car = 5/6 sponsers with good size of their product name on car Conclusion = it all comes down to money |

i liked rogers comments in enews that he wasnt that excited about the performance and that they need to find more speed. the fact that both holdsworth and caruso are in exactly the same spec car this year should help development. especially on tracks with long radius corners, thats were they have struggled.
