Why should go Chiyo as Super GT and GT3 Star go in the F3EM? His F3 Japan Entry is only because Nissan want´s it (the same by Mardenborough)

Why would Norris go to Prema? Rumoured his Dad has bought a share of Capsicum.

Also, would Mazepin see Barnucoat as good enough to bring him on more, or would they pay a hotshot like they did Russell this year?

Norris tested for Prema and I think he wants to be in the best team. And has the money for that.

What happens with the shares of Lawrence Stroll at Prema now?

Well Chang only does late season to prep for Macau and there is no way Prema would have such an inexperienced line up. And still difficult to think Norris would pay Prema if he really has bought a slice of Capsicum.

Several of your drivers won't do F3, like Kari and you have missed Ilott who will. Maybe Russell to if Mazepin pays him again

Who is Lando Norris dad? Is his background in motor sport or business? I can find references online but information about background is non existent.

Ilott joins Prema, widely reported. If Prema can retain their top dog status then we have a real championship contender here!

it looks like Habsburg and Daruvala will drive for Carlin - so no Fortec team in 2017?

It's an old problem. Why drive for Fortec if Carlin have space?

Cheaper, although that was basically nullified this year with billionaires investing in Prema and Hitech.

You missed Van Amersfoort, and Prema was 2013.

As to a Fortec being cheaper, alright, why pay 98% and driver for a team that has never won a non-spec series, or ever really looked like winning an F3 series?

In 2015 the series peaked at more than 35 cars, and rarely had less than 32. This year it ranged from 17-22. What do you think caused the change?

If you mean F3 titles, sure. They've won titles in other championships, notably Renault ones.
