Weather at Indy and Charlotte

As we are all aware, Tony Stewart will be forced to relinquish his Indy car in the chance that it rains at Indianapolis and the race gets postponed. Chip Ganassi has named Richie Heanr as that replacement.

Dave S should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I've read that Stewart's 1st responsibility is to his NASCAR team, so in the event of the race running long due to weather or yellow flags Hearn will take over during the race.

Well of course it would be; NASCAR is his actual drive. Is it likely to rain at either venue?

Richie Hearn? That's the only driver available?

Latest info I've seen calls for the chance of a thunderstorm and a high in the 60s for Indy . . . partly cloudy/mid-70s for Charlotte.

Richie Hearn!?

Is he still active driver or just out there for INDY 500? I remember he was driving BUD car in CART 1999 and finishing his season in the same wall were Greg died...

Ritchie Hearn has been unemployed and seeking a ride in CART or the IRL since losing the Della Penna seat to Norberto Fontana in early 2000.
