bbc use to have 20 shots of one thing seeing many views of say a crash

How many shots of the same thing do you need?

They didn't appear to miss anything at Brands Hatch. I wouldn't have said they needed more cameras.

The BBC's last year of BTCC coverage was poor and I don't recall them saying it was going to impove if they kept it either.

unless Nigel Mansel was driving, the bbc used to show very edited highlights 3 weeks later between, the show jumping snd the lacross championships! it was a joke simple as that.

The ITV coverage of Brands was great I thought, it has been good at ITV, the only thing i didnt like was that everything was seen in replays or not at all (like mattycox was getting at i think) and a lack of onboard shots. Brands though was well edited i thought, especially capturing Keen's spin as it happened which was better than seeing it in a replay.
It was just as exciting to watch the highlights as it was the live event IMO.

And one thing I noticed with the Brands Highlights..they zoomed past so quickly the hour was up before I knew it, I didn't even realise I'd seen all 3 races!!

It was a quality round, and overall the coverage was as best as it could be for a one hour slot. Very enjoyable, makes me look back on the BBC's coverage with no pleasant memories!
