I know this is F1 not Aussie motorsport, but, where is Ayrton Senna buried?

John Cotter -> Presumebly still working in law
Rod Salmon -> Last saw him winning the 2 Hour 'Showroom Showdown' support race for the 2003 Bathurst 24 Hours. |

Was Russell Ingall born in sunny Australia or the cold, wet UK?

From what I have gleaned, Bo Seton was involved with the Longhurst Castrol outfit between 1996 and 1999, when the operation shut down. After that, in 2000, I heard he was building engines for the Colourscan team. After that, retirement and historic racing appear to have been on the menu.
Ingall was born in London on February 24, 1964, although there is a conjecture about the birth date. He resided in South Australia in his youth, I think. John Cotter is the president of the ARDC, and lives in Parramatta, I believe. |

where a lot of illegal drag racing went on at night between the wool sheds I have met a few of his mates that said he was quite scarry behind the wheel and yes he is a pom |

Well, if he was a Holden supporter in his youth and when he first started out in the V8's, why is he in a Ford?

I thought so. I think that the "Enforcer" will make up his own race team in a few years ahead from now, who will be the main sponsor, Castrol (if he goes back to Holden) or Caltex (if he stays with Ford)?

Rod Salmon was running a AMG Merc Coupe whale in the recent Duttons Rally when it came to Canberra...
He was big on rallying before V8 Supercars - I remember pushing a (when they were new) brand spanking EVO3 back on to the road after he missed a righthander in a NSW Rally champ round in Canberra. Shame the sump guard and sump were not attached to the car at the time... |

Rod Donovan unfortunately has passed away. He was taken by cancer in the late 90s. Wayne Negus runs the Shell Service Station in Dalkeith. He is also President of the Capricorn Society. Graeme Hooleys Auto Electrics is now in Joondalup I believe. Certainly isn't in Canham Way in Greenwood anymore. Tim Slako runs West Racing Motor Development in Osborne Park. Stuart Kostera (snr) owns a bus service (Kalamunda Bus Service) as well as Kostera's Tyre Service in Kalamunda. Other West Aussie drivers from the old days who have 'left the building' so to speak are Graeme Ashdown (killed in a road accident in 1990), Ian Diffen (heart attack in 2003), Noel Pratt, Mike Mettam, Dick Murphy and also Mike George. I am sure there are unfortunately many more who are no longer with us, but I am out of memory at the moment. |

If you have ever seen pictures of that falcon of Lindaus you can understand why he is a lucky man to still be walking this earth.maybe the only guy to technicly die a wannaroo since the place was built <cars wise may bikers have never gone home>
Makes me cringe when I look at the photos like when karl riendler went up and over because of contact in his vee. maybe the only guy to technicly die a wannaroo since the place was built <cars wise may bikers have never gone home> |
