The basic idea was there but from what I've read it's massively more sophisticated in 5.

Yeah indeed it was in GT4 but it seems to have been expanded. I like the idea of being able to have your own stable of drivers with different personalities. For the enduros that would be quite interesting who you would choose. With driver changes I hope they have an animation for this in the pit stop.
