What to do with a BTCC Civic? Time Attack!

http://www.timeattack.co.uk/forum/vi....php?f=7&t=735

Some fantastic close-up photos on that thread. Nice to see its mostly still complete, even though I'm guessing it hasn't had a lot of use since the BTCC (with it still being orange).

It's only really the shell and bodywork that still exists from the BTCC days. The two Dynamics cars were cannibalised to build the first Integras. Good to see someone's finally done something with it though, TCS had it for sale for such a long time.

I looked at buying this a while ago and it was mostly only the shell that was BTCC rest of the parts had long gone.
Still a very good basis for a project considering how little Tony was asking for it.

Good to see someone else is putting the car to good use and getting some enjoyment out of it after its touring car days.

I heard it said club class was the cheapest option for Time Attack - cheap is obviously a comparative word when an ex-BTCC car (even though its spec is reduced) seems not be able to blitz the class!

in club class it will still be up against some big'ish power Impreza's and Evo's. Should be fun to see

sorry to hijack the thread, but speaking of bodyshells, here's an MSD built Accord that sadly never got to race in the shortlived NATCC. Sighhh, I'm still stuck in the 90s/ST days!

It would have been interesting to see how this car would have held up against the other ST cars of it's time.
