You may be in an affiliates site such as mine, Touringpage which is red+black.

Maybe it'll help if you reload the page. The same thing happened to me once after I posted from one of the affiliates sites. It got stuck in my cookies, so I had the wrong colours when I entered 10 Tenths. I pressed "reload", and the problem was solved.

That happened to me after I visited your site, touringlegend but it was soon cleared as I usually enter the forums via my site.

It happened to me, but it went away eventually (possibly by clearing the history, I'm not sure)

Where is Mr Antill when you need him? He should know how to sort this out because he is the 'Forum God' afterall

This is the designed behaviour. When you click on an link on an affiliate's site it includes a styleid number. This number relates to the style of pages which should be served to you. It is stored in your username's record in the database and the pages served in the format associated to that styleid.
The pages will continue to be served in this alternative format until such time that your cookie times out (ie you are inactive on the forums for a set amount of time (which escapes me right now to be honest...)) or you enter through a link on a different site with a different styleid number. Like this one: http://tentenths.com/forum/showthrea...0784&styleid=1 |

Thank Goodness for that. I was stuck in F1Mech colours for ages. I much prefer the ten-tenths white backround.

That link definitely needs to be put somewhere useful - it's a good thing I knew it was there as I accidentally came in through Leif Snellman's site today: dark blue on bright yellow is pretty lurid!!!

It's aliens, I'm telling you, aliens!!
I also visited Leif Snellman's fantastic site today, and thought: "Hmm... Golden Era Discussion Forum, that sounds interesting" ...and BAMMMMM!! There I was, having Snellman's colours all over 10 Tenths, even if I logged off and back in again. Thank goodness for this link! |
