Rossifumi should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
It's no secret that Suzuki would like to run three bikes
next year, and it's clear that sponsors Telefonica
MoviStar want a Spaniard in the third seat. Or do
they? What Telefonica wants is a rider from one of
its main markets, and the company is very strong in
South America, especially Brazil, Alex Barros' home
country. While everyone has been looking at Carlos
Checa, Sete Gibernau and other Spanish riders for
the Suzuki seat, perhaps the focus should be on
Barros.

Hmmm...A Honda seat available who wants it?

if suzuki run 3 bikes, that means they have 2 seats available as aoki's got to go...if suzuki keep him then they are just ******.

Well if there are 3 bikes then Suzuki can have both Checa and Barros. If Honda don't get there act together next year, it looks like there will be about 10 bikes infront of the factory team (not including Rossi of course who will win the championship).

Much as I would like to see a third factory Suzuki i can't help thinking that I have heard this one before. Actually it was roughly 12 months ago, and 12 months before that. Suzuki need more riders as it would help with the development of the bike which clearly dosen't accelerate as well as the other V4's. Gary Taylor said when asked about rumors that he had been talking to Neil Hodgson, admitted that he had but that his priority was to sign either Checa, Gibernau or Barros.
