It's a good design with potential. I'd cut away two of the tighter corners, though: that dogleg at North Terrace Avenue (Turn 4) and that unnecessary excursion into East Thomas Avenue (Turns 9 to 11).

My correction for Turn 4 would be to go straight ahead and then through the East North Avenue Circle onto East North Ave.
And the other edit would be to stay on North Farwell Avenue all the way through, cutting away three corners.

The paddock on the beach is a very enjoyable thought :-)
