GRM Chassis
Can anyone enlighten me as to the whereabouts of a couple of Garry Rogers Motorsports chassis?
I know GRM VT#2 was the Bathurst winner and is still owned by GRM, GR VX#4, VX#5, VY#6 and VZ#7 were all at Sydney Star Racing (seems like they have quite a thing for GRM cars....Brett Holdworth is currently racing #7 in the Fujitsu Series) and GRM currently have GRM VE#8, VE#9, VE#10 and VE#11. So, where are VT#1 and VX#3 now? |

I think Mal Rose has bought an ex. GRM car, but I am not sure if he bought the VX3 (in VY spec) from GRM or VX4 from Sydney Star Racing.
Aaron McGill also bought a ex. GRM car from Sydney Star Racing and used it for a couple of rounds of the Fujitsu series last year, but by the time we got to Bathurst McGill was in a BA Falcon. I am not sure if he still has the Commodore. |

I think you might find that the car Mr Rose is running is actually VT#1, suitably updated in the body (but not the suspension) to VZ trim.

I had an idea that Mal Rose ran #5 in a few 24 hour events but the car was owned by Sydney Star.
I think McGill ran #4 but I don't know if he ever owned it. As B!tchie noted, he dumped it for an ex Howard 888 BA. |

Aaron had a vy/vz (didn't get a close enough look) in his transporter at OP in December, while running the BA for that round.
