"Target said do whatever it takes, but make sure you take care of Jimmy, and that's what we are doing"
-Chip Ganassi

Is Chip planning to have Jimmy exterminated?? The poor guy, he wins the championship, but then has a few rough years....and this is what he gets in return? Firstly dumped from the drive, but then Chip gets a hired goon to "take care of Jimmy"??

what does take care of jimmy mean....jimmys had a great career at target 1st in 96, then 3rd and 2nd in the championships in consecutive years, last year 9th, roughly the same this year...i think he should leave, not so much get sacked....jimmy has been the driver i always look at to see where he qualified and where he is running in a race....he needs some new motivation, go get em in 2001 jimmy.
