LMS, s'stone

Friday pics, first lot, up now;

Went largely for sloooooow shutter speed arty stuff today, for a laugh.

hungover this morning, throwing up

lucky i got any good ones at all. But, that is for you guys to decide.

I think they're ok though.

If anyone wants any of 'em or any specific cars not shown, let me know, i'll see for you; i am beginning to think about a nominal fee, but it will only be ridiculously small.

Cheers, Jake.

It isn't! OK, so its easier at donington, mallory etc, but spa is harder IMO.

But there are plenty of good places!

youre right, LMS is better but the cars in ALMS run with completely straight exhaust pipes and those honda acura LMP's are just the sex, they sound fabulous and so will the arena zyteks

I beg to differ.. on many levels.. But for one, the ALMS has a slew of teams that would be top of the tree if they raced in LMS.. check out recent results at Le Lans..

.. and if you're talking GT1.. Then FIA GT is streets ahead of LMS..

IMHO..

i agree about the acura's, the lines of the LC75 are all there but the front end is a bit gammy and doesnt suit the lines of the old LC75, but the black AGR car you gotta admit is a handsome car, the lola is imo the best looking LMP2 or the zytek 07S2.

heading out to petit at 5 in the morning from manchester, hopefully be there for about 7 at night, get some kip then friday, saturday and sunday get a load of super duper racing

Yes FIA GT is better. No, ALMS isn't better, its just pure sprinting. Which isn't the point. And there's no way to beat Porsche and Audi.
