The359 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
So the 2009 schedule should be unveiled around noon on Friday before Qualifying?

Just curious, why is PLM 10 hours instead of what would seem a much more natural 12 hours?

They didn't want something the same length as Sebring I presume, but longer than the typical 1000k European races.

The Mil Milhas Brasil is 1000mi/10 Hours as well.

curious to see what the schedule for 09 will be like...usaully sometime around lunch or right after the SPEED WC TC race.

never has been 10 hours and unless rains or there is a severe incident, we may never see it go the full 10. Petit Le Mans; so unique, so wonderful and such a blast.

Not only can I not afford to get down to PLM, I'm stuck with my most epic weekend of labwork of the year overlapping with the race! I'm very peeved about this - I'll probably end up barely being able to follow it live. I'm excited to hear about what's coming for '09, but this will probably be the best prototype dustup of the decade...and a world-class GT2 fight on top of it. I wish I could be there!

It appears the Bell Aston has been withdrawn and we are down to 38 entries.

Mate, you have to get your priority's right. Give the weekend work the "coke and sars" and head down to PLM. Should be an absolute balltearer.

Odd, and disappointing. what a beautiful car and now it appears that Corvette will be playing with themselves for the last race i will seen them in person. i guess there's always Sebring 09.

There has been no article or explanation, they just disappeared from the entry list!

Pug already in trouble had crash in turn 12 with Pedro Lamy behind the wheel no word on how bad the damage is. Per DSC.
