at least 5am lests you sleep a bit before getting up for the race...
2am will either have me sleeping 2 hours or something, and struggling to get up or staying up and struggling to stay awake... i think it's a coffee night... x C |

im watching the warm up as well !!!..that means very little sleep on the setee . with a alarm clock on the cofee table !!!!! maybe grab a hour or so between warm up and race bulid up.

I went to sleep, managed to bring myself round shortly, and by the end of the race was wide awake - not that that's any surprise. Then I went back to sleep - I had a flippin' rehersal today
