Ma5da 12hr Winter Endurance Race Snetterton 11th/12th Nov 2011

BRSCC-EA would welcome all grades of marshal to assist on the 11th & 12th November with the brand new 12hr endurance race for Ma5da MX5's on the superb Snetterton 300 Circuit.

As a result of the success of the Ma5da MX5 Championship over recent years and demand from their competitors, BRSCC, Ma5da Racing and Snetterton are pleased to, once again, be introducing a totally new event, the first ever single make multiple class endurance race - the Ma5da 12hr Winter Enduro Championship.

This exciting race will consist of single or two car teams with up to 6 drivers per team and all MAZDA MX5 Mk1, Mk3 or MX150R race cars are eligible.

The race will run on Saturday 12th November from 9.00am to 21.00pm and will obviously include running in the dark from approx 16.30hrs so will appeal to all those who enjoy the thrills of night time racing with a full grid of cars.

Qualifying will take place during the afternoon /early evening of Friday 11th November and we would appreciate the assistance of any marshals able to be present during this period.

If you can assist on Friday and /or Saturday please contact Peter Rodwell (Chief Marshal) via e-mail to marshals@brscc-ea.co.uk and I can assure you that you will be made most welcome.

Not sure if I'm doing this one yet. Any problem with my simply turning up unannounced on Saturday morning?

No problem at all - trust you have received tickets? Be great to have you with us if you can make it.

Still time for any additional volunteers if you can assist on Saturday - please contact Peter Rodwell via marshals@brscc-ea.co.uk or PM me. The more we have with us the easier it is to arrange shift cover as I am sure you can appreciate.

Should be a great way to finish what has been a superb season at the "new" Snetterton!!

No, that's my point. I haven't put my name down at all. I probably won't decide whether or not to go until Friday night

Yep.... I did the first meeting on the 300, so I guess maybe I should do the last one of the season too. Seriously though, don't yet know if I'll be along. If I do, it'll be a matter of turning up at the gate and saying "Let me in, please!"

Probably see you on Sat (What time is sign-on?)

And who/what do you need and when, on Friday? There's an outside chance I might make that too...
