Mark Poole back driving??
Mark Poole has returned to the drivers seat at the Shannon Nationals at Mallala last weekend. Seemed to go pretty well driving the Mark Forgie Porsche 911. Hopefully we will see him do some more driving in the future.

Mark has been getting a bit of track time recently-- testing and setting up customer cars .Hopefully will be seen in a current( as in not historic) car very soon.

My memories of Mark go back to the Australian Drivers Championship of 1990 when he drove the Shrike to 2nd place behind Simon Kane (another driver to go AWOL)

Noticed on the weekend that the car had P plates on it !!!! He's a fair P plater runner up in the gold star !!!!

Thats the thing with a CAMS licence, if you dont compete for 2 years you have to start at the begining again and go back onto your P plates. Thats why I have to do a race this year!
