Spudy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Just thought I would answer a couple of points above.

Mortara was quite ill at Spa so maybe he was more off form than usual. He seemed to have a very bad weekend.

Coletti crashed due to a broken steering column.

All pit crews do wear helmets but when the cars are getting ready to go on track they don't tend to have them on. Also no-one wears suits and helmets on Friday practice and qualifying sessions so there is perhaps maybe a safety issue with this.

Also if you want Eurosport to watch GP2 you can sign up to it online, which means if you are not from the UK you can still watch it. It is only £30 a year. You get both channels. Or you can sign up just on a monthly basis for a couple of quid each month. You can end that any time. I find it a pretty good deal and costs are tiny. You just have to watch it online.

Mortara is showing all of the signs of desperation this year, especially now that Perez has put in some excellent drives. Mortara knows his seat is in danger and he is doing all the wrong things to stay on.

I think van der Garde has got lucky to be honest - reminiscent of Villa in 2007 in that he has found himself at the sharp end of the sprint races and has won a couple of races. As Gareth Rees said in the commentary he needs to be qualifying up the grid and getting on the podium in feature races if anyone in F1 will take him seriously. Perhaps having Adam Carroll with the team in Hungary was the nudge he needed
