Dreadful news, I remember Allan from British GT's. Very very sad, RIP Allan, my thoughts go out to his friends, family, team and all involved in the incident.

Really dreadful news. To my mind, Simonsen was one of the top GT drivers. Sympathies to all of those involved.

Great quick driver. I remember his stints in the Hankook Farnbacher Ferrari 458. Top flight GTE driver. RIP.

So so sad, I remember seeing Allan at a few Britisg GT rounds many years ago, was a total genius in Ferrari's and seemingly one of those guys who could turn his hand at everything.
Horrible to see things happen live, takes the whole edge off the event. |
