For once I agree with you.

FYI. Our Prototype car will be at Hampton Downs next Sunday.

The Sentul track will host the final race of the year and Superstars President Maurizio Flammini emphasizes the importance of having a race in Indonesia.

"This agreement with Indonesia is promising for the future of Superstars. I have recently visited the circuit which remains one of Asia's more fascinating. It is also located only 30 minutes from Jakarta, which has become one of the world's major capitals with its 22 million inhabitants, when including the periphery," said Flammini.

That series has 0 in common with the V8ST's though.

But is a tad relevant if anyone is suggesting another V8 series (there are a few out there) is looking to race in Asia.
The Superstars cars would be more recognisable to your ordinary punter in Asia than Fullcans & Dunnydoors.

Hi 'Goat Boy'

Regrettably the Prototype will now not be at Hampton Downs over this weekend, due to an acute shortage of HR

However next Monday afternoon, Murphy, Manuell, and Moor, will be giving their 3M team's V8ST VE Commodores a shakedown run at Hampton Downs.

AV8 will also be at HD with the first of their two new VE Commodores, Booth and Heimgartner to share driving duties.

On the Ford Falcon front, Craig Baird's FG Falcon team, is also hoping to shake their car down on the same afternoon, so there could be up to five brand new V8ST roaring around HD, on Monday afternoon.

Andy Knights crew are also planning to run their Fg Falcon Tomorrow at Ruapuna.

Mark is that Monday the 30th?

If so its a public holiday so it should give lots of people opportunity to see things progressing nicely with the class.

Any idea of what time?

And yes, i realise i said i would never post again but there seems to be a few more 'like-minded' people on here now that have the same positive outloook that i have.

Also the moderators never deleted my account even tho i asked them too

Thanks Mark.

I'm just hanging out to see them in action! It would be interesting to see if they can break the new lap record at HD set by the F5000's last weekend...

Not a fan of the colour scheme at all, though I'm sure they didn't have much choice

is that Andy Knights Car? looks like Ruapuna where the car is.

Agree on the colour scheme, but either way these cars seem to look nice anyway, just some will look nicer than others.

Better than what we had thats for sure

So why are there Bridgestone logos on a car shod with Hankooks?

Not to mention they don't use gulf oil/ fuel
Use century batteries, and I'm pretty sure JMR don't only eat talleys peas for lunch.

But, HRT have a Dunlop sticker on their car in the same spot as every other car in the field. While it would appear that Murph has a Bridgestone sticker where everyone else is required to have a Hankook sticker.

A bit of pot stirring, different rules for some or a coincidence that everyone else appears to have Hankook stickers in the same place?
