It's not love at first sight. I just can't get past the lights but the 3/4 angle is the best for me.

Sad but unsurprised about the livery. The good thing is that at least we'll see plenty of variations in customer hands eventually.

Glad they gave it a proper name and not a collection of corpo jargon buzzwords.

In addition to the already confirmed presence of Dane Cameron and Felipe Nasr, current Porsche works drivers Kévin Estre, Michael Christensen, André Lotterer, Laurens Vanthoor, Matt Campbell, and Mathieu Jaminet will be involved with Frédéric Makowiecki already having played a key role: during the rollout at Weissach in January, the Frenchman drove the first runs in the Porsche 963 and also turned the first laps in the simulator.

Those additional shots make the livery look even more uninspiring The car itself looks greats of course (except for headlights) but we knew that already. I'm also surprised Yifei Ye wasn't mentioned at all.

There's still time, as they have 10 full time seats (4 in IMSA and 6 in WEC), and only 8 drivers announced, so 2 more seats still to be filled? Or are we expecting a couple of drivers to pull double duty?

I don't. My dislike of the repetitive red, white and black liveries is well known. Having said that though, this is probably the best looking red, white and black livery I've seen for quite some time....

So the 963 uses a turbo version of the 4.6 litre V8 from the 918 Spyder. Quite a range from Peugeot's 2.6 litre V6 to Caddy's 5.5 litre V8.

From DSC..

The new Porsche 963 will be available to customers from the first year of competition with c.4 chassis understood to be available for 2023.

Also revealed today is that the first Porsche customer 963 teams will communicate their programmes “in the next few days”.

That's very interesting, anyone any ideas who?

Really sad the porsche could not understand that painting the new car in the same colours as it's competitors would not be well recieved, It had the chance to make a splash and then decided to copy evryone else.
