It wouldnt be a surprise if LDM gave the ride tomorrow to a Mr McConville.
He has experience with the team, the cars.. and could make some meaningful input on the chassis.. if there are the resources at LDM to make use of that feedback..

An interesting thought... Mr Ingall showed up in Mr Longhurst's BMW at the B12H, and suddenly that car scores major Castrol signage. Could this also the initiator/source for the upweighting of branding on the NisMoAu cars this year?

They haven't announced a codriver for #15 have they?

SCT Logistics are kind of a big deal..

...makes their connection to BJR interesting (although there is a large SCT intermodal terminal just up the road from them in Wodonga..)

Perhaps PRA weren't ready to take Mr Smith on, and did a switcheroo with Mr Kean?

Can't be too far fetched, considering other things that have been posted lately.

Dare I throwback to who Mr Longhurst's sponsors were when he raced V8s?

I thought the video was cool, if cheesy, nice mention of some of the former drivers in the colours. Tim Slade didn't get a run though :P

And Russell - just a Supercheap tie in or announcement of a co-driver?

Unlikely they provide logistics for SCA, the owner of SCT funds his kids drive in the DVS so he may be trying to set up a path for him just a thought

Right on the money Mixer, from their own website:

Nope, Steve Owen already confirmed.

I think most of the minor sponsors are on the Supercheap car through their relationship with the retailer, similar thing happened with the K-Mart sponsorship.

Supercars to abolish redress following rules review

I am a fan of the redress rule, but it needed improvement. Think taking it away as an option is a step backwards

I'm still a believer in let the drivers sort it out, but thought the redress was a reasonable compromise.

dont have navy health in that picture either, wonder why they did that. although there is an empty spot. Maybe just promoting Chaz personal sponsor

A lot of older people get up to a lot of discusion regarding the lack of recognition for the ATCC

On the weekend CAMS awarded the ATCC to SVG at the CAMS Motor Sport Awards

I guess in the end the ATCC is a CAMS award, where as the Supercars champion is awarded by the v8 series (at the v8 awards). Two Seperate Awards

Show me a car this year that has an extra sponsor where the number would normally have been pre-2008?

Most cars instead just angle the one naming rights sponsor down the doors (eg.. Walkinshaw, Penske)
