Tyres don't last two stints here anyway Last year they had issues even doing a single stint.

Crowd is too big this year. Spent most of the event so far being told I can't use this grandstand, this car park, sitting in traffic or being told to move by campers who have commandeered the viewing spots.

And someone's damaged my hire car in the car park.

For what it's worth, the bottom part of the GP circuit has plenty of space. I know that's maybe no use to you, but it's all I can offer.

Appreciated, but can't get anywhere at the moment - road from Adenau to Dottinger-Hohe is stopped in both directions - only movement is people turning around and going back the other way!

There was a Z4 but it met its end at Kesselchen. Last year the Bentleys were LG cars as well.

Always the same during this time of the evening at a 24 hour race, I thought that it looked quieter this year from the over head shots. Best sitting trackside for 2/3 hours with a cold one whilst it quietness down!

Only at the N24 could a fire extinguisher catch fire.

I think some of the fuel ended up on the nozzle as they were trying to put the fuel fire out.

Is this André Lotterer's first race in a 911?

Second... He raced in the Team75 Porsche at one of the VLN races or the qualifying race this year. Not sure which one.

The reason I asked is that you're not a real Porsche worls driver until you've raced a 911. Neel Jani needs to sort himself out. I think he's the only one now to have never raced one.

I think that Jani is more of a prototype specialist. I don't think he's ever seriously raced a GT car that I can recall.

Well those 911s will lap the field if they are still running.
